exercise can have a beneficial effect on your health!

More and more we are becoming aware of the fact that exercise is important for our mindset, a healthy mind in a healthy body. The moment you get up from the chair you think more creatively and you get motivated. It's nice that studies and experiments like this research also provide some evidence for the skeptical people who need numbers ;-)

This is one of the reasons why we like to do our coaching on foot, from small walks around the office to appointments in nature reserves such as "De Utrechtse Heuvelrug". This year we will launch a weekend event where you will be looking for the answers to your coaching goal while walking (briskly).

In addition to this part, there is also plenty of time to relax and enjoy the surroundings, a good meal and a pleasant evening. But also combining coaching with playing tennis or padel is a great way where good conversation can arise and that is a great opportunity to take steps forward.
